Refund Policy
At Orbus3, we are committed to providing quality education and support throughout your learning journey. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure our refund arrangements are fair, transparent, and in line with your consumer rights.
Fee for Service
Orbus3 does not require an upfront payment for training. Instead, invoices are issued after you have successfully completed a unit of competency.
Because of the payment process, refunds are not available if you withdraw before commencing training in a unit or once training in that unit has started.
If you withdraw from your qualification before completing it, no refund will be provided for units where training and assessment have already been fully delivered.
Career Start – Queensland
Under Queensland’s Career Start program, co-contribution fees are payable upon completion of each unit of competency. These fees may be paid by your employer on your behalf.
Orbus3 invoices employers quarterly, in arrears, for units completed within that previous quarter.
Because no upfront payments are required under this arrangement, refunds are not applicable.
If you cancel or withdraw, Orbus3 will discuss any possible refunds directly with your employer. Refunds (if applicable) can only be made to the party that paid the co-contribution fee.
User Choice – ACT
In the ACT, a $450.00 student contribution fee is payable on enrolment. These fees may be paid by your employer on your behalf.

Where a refund may be applicable, Orbus3 will consult with your employer.
